Dog Island’s popularity as a tourist attraction is undisputed, but it is also one of the few true undiscovered beaches to be found in Florida. No map will tell you that Dog Island exists, and its location remains one of the state’s best-kept secrets. Of course, if you don’t take the initiative and make your way over to the island yourself, you may never get to experience this beautiful island paradise that is Dog Island.
